ERMAKSAN sac işleme tezgahları üretimde Dünyada kanıtlamış olduğu kalite ve tecrübesiyle üretmiş olduğu Kombine Makas; statik ve dinamik rijitliği sağlamış kaynaklı konstrüksiyon olarak imal edilmektedir. İleri teknoloji kullanılarak uzun kullanım ömrü ve yüksek verimlilik sağlanmıştır. Üzerinde bulunan standart bıçak ve takımları sayesinde her çeşit sacı delebilmekte, dolu malzeme ve sacları kesebilmektedir. Köşe çıkarma istasyonuyla sacı boşaltabilmektedir. L köşebent profillerini 90° ve 45° kesebilme imkânı sağlar. Punch istasyonunda değiştirilebilir zımba ve matris sayesinde farklı çaplarda yuvarlak, kare, oval vb. geometrik delikler delebilmektedir. Punch istasyonunda özel bükme aparatı kullanılarak sac bükümü yapabilmektedir. Özel bıçaklar sayesinde U, I, T profillerini kesebilir. Kolay ayarlanabilen tutucular sayesinde kesilecek malzeme kolayca sabitlenir. Makas istasyonunda bulunan arka dayama sayesinde pedal kullanmadan seri kesimler elde edilir. Bu sayede yüksek verimlilik hedef alınarak zaman kaybı ortadan kaldırılmıştır. İleri teknoloji kullanılarak imal edilen bıçaklar sayesinde her çeşit sacı en hızlı ve en kaliteli şekilde kesmeye olanak sağlayan güçlü ve kolay kullanılabilir makinelerdir.

    Piranha Model PII-88

    The Piranha Model PII-88 has dual-operator controls for the punch station and shear/coper stations and an Automatic Urethane Hold Down on the Plate and Angle Shear. Both ends of the machine can be operated independently of each other at the same time. A large, open punch station allows the use of a virtually unlimited range of standard accessories and special tooling, in addition to a 24" plate shear capacity.
