SigmaNEST
SigmaNEST is the signature CAD/CAM, nesting and automation product.
Those with very modest requirements can start with SigmaNEST Lite and grow to the most powerful offering while protecting their initial investment. SigmaNEST has a large number of add-on modules to optimize it to your particular requirements. These modules: add ever more sophisticated functionality, such as advanced true shape nesting, remnants, scheduling and inventory management provide integration technologies ranging from foreign file format handling, through integration with solid modeling products to full automation and integration with MRP systems. SigmaNEST's modules are also arranged in solution packages of the most commonly used configurations. General Usability
Almost every aspect of the product can be configured.Auto Save automatically saves parts whenever they are changed and saves snapshots of the work space at specified time intervals.
Up to 10 versions of the work space are saved and any previous revision can be re-opened.
Quickly zoom in and out with mouse wheel. Zooming is centered on the mouse pointer, effectively allowing a simultaneous pan and zoom.
Batch facility allows sequences of operations to be stored in a file and "played back" as a unit whenever neede

SigmaNEST TrueShape™ builds from the AutoNEST core functionality and adds more dynamic, part-in-part nesting for reducing or eliminating scrap. TrueShape is compatible with plasma, laser, waterjet, oxyfuel, punch, and combo machines.

SigmaNEST Maximizer™ combines the power of SigmaNEST TrueShape™ nesting with the operational efficiencies of job tracking and inventory control solutions. SigmaBEND
Fast production set-up and machine efficiency is increasingly critical in the sheet metal industry to minimize unproductive machine time. Offline programming has been a common practice for punching, laser and other profile cutting machines in the sheet metal industry for over 10 years. It follows logically that offline programming of press brakes is the next step in process optimization.
SigmaBEND offers an offline programming system for a wide variety of press brake machines complete with full 3D simulation of the bending process, eliminating the need to run test parts. Using SigmaBEND improves production process, specifically offering advantages in the areas of speed, quality and flexibility.
