Titan 3145 series machines are a roll bending solution to efficiently roll cylindrical shapes with high accuracy:

The key to a quality roll are the rolls
The 3145 rolls are designed to meet the requirements for basic rolls featuring relatively tight radius bending. A welded steel frame and cast guides provide the necessary rigidity. This in combination with highest grade precision rolls which upon request can be delivered with hardened and ground surfaces. Rolls with grooves or Adiprene coating can be ordered as well.

A motor-powered modern machine the 3145 features rolls in needle bearings. All rolls have tensile strength of 700 N/mm² and are crowned to ensure even pressure onto the work piece for straight results along the length of the machine. The crowning can be ordered to specification to meet your specific application requirements.

Titan rolls offer the largest possible capacity per roll diameter of any machine in the industry allowing you to maximize both minimum possible radius and material thickness.

Repeatable results from precision positioning and a solid drive train

The position of the upper and lower rolls is set by hand wheels via worm gears and precision spindles. Large scales are mounted to easily position the bending rolls. The upper and lower rolls are driven by a generously dimensioned motor also via worm gear. All transmissions are built into the left side of the machine – allowing the easy swiveling of the upper roll for removal of the work piece.

Forward and reverse feeding motion is a standard feature on all Titan 3145 rolls. The 3145 is delivered complete with a foot-operated forward and reverse switch with a protective casing
The drive train motor incorporates a brake for immediate stopping when the foot pedal is released.
Nossebro manufactures it’s proprietary gear train from ground up to ensure accuracy with superior longevity.
Feed rate is 204 ipm (5,5 m/min ).

Clever solutions make fast work

The unique Top Lock Handle unlocks the top roll quickly in a smooth single-handed motion to open and close the top roll with minimum effort in the shortest possible time.

Pivoting top roll: easy removal of finished work pieces. When we say easy, we mean it. Titans unique single handed operation of the locking mechanism is the most efficient way to remove a part from a roll.

Safety

Complying with CE and UL regulations the machine is equipped with:
Emergency stops
Dead Man foot pedal,
Motor brake will immediately stop all motion if foot pedal deactivated or e-stop condition activated
Trip wire on both sides of the machine

The electrical system is manufactured from top internationally available components to conform to IP 54.

Optional Equipment

Special Rolls
For special applications the machines ca be equipped with rolls which have a hardened and ground surface, Rolls with grooves or adiprene coating. Also rolls can be crowned to customers specification to ensure straight work results in your major applications.
