Plasma-Punch Combination Machine

The 3400 XP (Xtreme Performance) plasma-punch combination machine features the patented Rail Tool Changer with nine stations. Each station accommodates punch and die tooling to punch up to 5" diameter holes. 40 tons of hydraulic punching power and the RAMPAGE!™ Oxygen Plasma Cutting System equal productivity.

Semi-Automatic Loading System

The solution for fast, easy handling of heavy raw material. Loads plate up to 60" x 120", up to 1,000 lbs.

Available for:

New installations of the 3400 XP and 3700 SST Plasma-Punch Combination Machines.
Existing 3400 RTC, 3500 ATC and 3700 ATC Plasma-Punch Combination Machines as a retrofit.

PartHANDLER-II
Automatic Load/Unload System
For the 3400 XP (also available for 3700 SST)

The affordable PartHANDLER-II load/unload system enhances full process productivity for parts produced on the 3400 XP. Material up to 1,000 lbs. is loaded onto the work table, finished parts are unloaded and sorted, and skeletons are removed – all without operator involvement.

Automatically load material up to 60" x 120", up to 1,000 lbs.
Automatically unloads and sorts larger finished parts via programmable magnetic system.
Small width parts (24" x 60" and smaller) automatically unloaded via machine drop door and conveyor system.
Automatic, easy removal of skeletons up to 60" x 144" via drop table.
Integrates to PlateSTORE Tower Storage and Retrieval System for material selection efficiencies.

Tower Storage and Retrieval System

Integrates with the PartHANDLER and PartHANDLER-II to automatically position selected material on load station.

Automatically moves plate to Plasma-Punch Combination Machine.
Stores plate up to 5' x 10', accommodating stack height to 6" per drawer.
Multiple rack locations for raw materials.
