OTC-Daihen CO2 / MAG / MIG Inverter (Low Spatter)

The OTC-Daihen DL350 Digital Low Spatter CO2/MAG/MIG Inverter Welding Power Supply comes standard with the Spatter Reduction Control function, which eliminates weld spatter by up to 1/4 compared to other conventional machines. The helps greatly reduce overhead costs, such as wire costs and labor required for clean up.

The DL350 comes standard equipped with a Constant Penetration Control Function, which allows for uniform penetration throughout the weld. This functions allows you to maintain superior weld integrity over your competition.

The DL350 supports seamless digital interfacing with our FD, A2 and ALMEGA AX Series Arc Welding Robots. This allows for maximum control and programming features via our user-friendly teach pendant. In order to achieve the best welding results, the DL350 uses dual voltage detection lines, which allow for constant feedback sampling during the actual weld.
