OTC-Daihen has come up with the perfect solution for large component positioning: the TRI-ARC 1000.  

 

The TRI-ARC 1000 is a ferris wheel style positioner that's designed to handle whatever you throw at it. Its 3-axis design supports synchromotion welding on one side while the operator loads parts on the other. It can easily position large components up to 137.8" long and 41.3" in diameter.  Plus, the TRI-ARC 1000 can be equipped with either 1 or 2 robots, so you'll always have the welding power you need in your shop.
